Overview of the Position: The US. District Court for the District of Arizona is accepting applications from qualified candidates for a full-time Case Management Administrator. The Case Management Administrator reports directly to the Chief Deputy Clerk and is primarily responsible for the duties and personnel in the Customer Service and Case Processing Units. The incumbent performs supervisory work related to the full range of court operational duties and will be responsible to assist in the formulation, implementation, and assessment of intake and customer service policies, as well as other operational practices and procedures. The incumbent will provide leadership and direction in various capacities, including but not limited to document receiving, docketing, filing counter customer service, quality assurance, workload distribution, project management and employee development. This position involves the application of district specific technical knowledge related to the work being supervised, and professional or supervisory skills related to leading a team of employees to accomplish the work.
