Overview of the Position: The U.S. District Court Clerk’s Office is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the IT Project Manager, for the Case Management Modernization (“CMM”) Project which is a key leadership role for providing oversight for modernization projects within CMSO. Oversight includes monitoring the product development portfolio components (projects and their sub-projects) such as cost, quality, plan vs. actuals, end-to-end roadmap of product portfolio, risk, schedule, resource, budget, and the analysis and reporting of the objectives and key results (“OKR”) as well as the key performance indicators to track the return on investment and the effectiveness of the data products developed. The Project Manager will be responsible for executing the IT Project Management Framework for multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders across Federal Judiciary and with the various court working groups. The incumbent will be required to provide program and project oversight and management and will be required to lead and provide guidance in areas throughout the entire software cycle in a customer-focused environment where high-quality deliverables must be met on time and operations are considered critical.
